Today, more than 5 million Palestinian refugees are listed by\u00a0<a style=\"background-color: #ffffff;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.unrwa.org\/palestine-refugees#block-menu-block-10\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">UNRWA, the United Nations agency created in 1950 to help them<\/a>.<\/p><p>The\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/theworldinstamps.com\/?p=2009\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">United Nations<\/a>\u00a0voted a resolution in 1949 calling for their return to their homes, but Israel has always refused to implement it. These refugees mainly live in the Palestinian territories occupied in 1967, and in the countries of the Middle East, but mainly in\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/theworldinstamps.com\/?p=2568\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Jordan<\/a>, Syria and Lebanon.<\/p><p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/theworldinstamps.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/Kuwait-1968-Right-of-Palestinian-Refugies.jpg?resize=640%2C543\" alt=\"Kuwait 1968- Right of Palestinian Refugies\" width=\"640\" height=\"543\" data-recalc-dims=\"1\" \/><\/p><p>The stamps are features the picture of a family of refugees and the emblem of the HUman Rights year.<\/p><p>The stamps face values are: 20 fils, 30 fils, 45 fils and 90
