Le timbre a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9mis dans\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/theworldinstamps.com\/?page_id=2828&amp;lang=fr\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">la partie \u00e9gyptienne de l&#8217;union<\/a><span style=\"letter-spacing: 0.5px;\">\u00a0d\u2019une valeur de 10 millimes, et le m\u00eame timbre a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9mis dans la partie syrienne de la R\u00e9publique arabe unie avec la m\u00eame date et le m\u00eame dessin, mais d\u2019une valeur de 12,5 piastres.<\/span><\/div><div><p><span style=\"letter-spacing: 0.5px; text-align: right;\">L&#8217;image represente l&#8217;enveloppe du premier jour d&#8217;emission (FDC) du timbre dans la partie Syrienne, avec le cachet de Damas.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"FR\">Avec<br \/>l\u2019\u00e9tablissement de la r\u00e9publique d&#8217;Irak, le nouveau pouvoir\u00a0a nomm<span style=\"letter-spacing: .4pt;\">\u00e9<\/span>\u00a0l&#8217;un des leaders de la<br \/>revolution,\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/fr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Muhammad_Najib_el-Roubai\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span lang=\"FR\">Muhammad Najib el-Rubai (ar-Ruba&#8217;i)<\/span><\/a><span lang=\"FR\">\u00a0\u00a0comme premier pr<span style=\"letter-spacing: .4pt;\">\u00e9<\/span>sident.
