La conf\u00e9rence a adopt\u00e9 la \u00abCharte de Casablanca\u00bb qui constituera le premier noyau de la coop\u00e9ration africaine.<\/p><h2>La Conf\u00e9rence des Poles Africains<\/h2><p>La r\u00e9union a rassembl\u00e9 les dirigeants et les repr\u00e9sentants de sept pays africains: <a href=\"https:\/\/theworldinstamps.com\/?p=2952&amp;lang=fr\">le pr\u00e9sident \u00e9gyptien Gamal Abdel Nasser<\/a>, le pr\u00e9sident de la R\u00e9publique arabe unie, le chef r\u00e9volutionnaire et <a href=\"https:\/\/fr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Kwame_Nkrumah\">le pr\u00e9sident ghan\u00e9en Kwame Nkrumah<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/fr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Modibo_Ke%C3%AFta_(1915-1977)\">le pr\u00e9sident malien Modibo Keita<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/fr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Ahmed_S%C3%A9kou_Tour%C3%A9\">le pr\u00e9sident de la Guin\u00e9e Conakry Ahmed Sekou Tour\u00e9<\/a> et <a href=\"https:\/\/fr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Ferhat_Abbas\">Farhat Abbas<\/a>,\u00a0repr\u00e9sentant le gouvernement int\u00e9rimaire du <a href=\"https:\/\/theworldinstamps.com\/?p=2753&amp;lang=fr\">Front de lib\u00e9ration nationale alg\u00e9rien<\/a>, et Abdelkader Allam, repr\u00e9sentant le <a href=\"https:\/\/fr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Idris_Ier_(roi_de_Libye)\">roi de Libye, Idris Ier<\/a>.<\/p><figure id=\"attachment_3400\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-3400\" style=\"width: 341px\" class=\"wp-caption alignleft\"><a style=\"background-color: #ffffff;\" href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/theworldinstamps.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/Morocco-1961-1963-YT-428.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/theworldinstamps.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/Morocco-1961-1963-YT-428.png?resize=341%2C489\" alt=\"Mohammed V and Map of Africa 2\" width=\"341\" height=\"489\" data-recalc-dims=\"1\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-3400\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Timbre commemorant la charte de Casablanca (YT &#8211; 428)<\/figcaption><\/figure><p>Cette r\u00e9union a abouti \u00e0 l&#8217;adoption de la Charte de Casablanca comme cadre d&#8217;action commune pour atteindre les objectifs africains de construction de r\u00e9gimes nationaux libres de la domination coloniale et capables de lutter contre l&#8217;analphab\u00e9tisme et la pauvret\u00e9 et de r\u00e9aliser un d\u00e9veloppement \u00e9conomique au profit des peuples africains. Les deux timbres portaient une photo du roi Mohammed V et une carte de l&#8217;Afrique montrant les capitales des pays qui ont signataires de la charte.<\/p><p>La r\u00e9publique arabe unie a aussi \u00e9mis un <a href=\"https:\/\/theworldinstamps.com\/?p=1801&amp;lang=fr\">timbre pour commemorer le m\u00eame ev\u00e8nement<\/a>.<\/p><p><strong>Catalogue Yvert &amp; Tellier,<\/strong>
