Le peuple libyen a r\u00e9sist\u00e9 au colonialisme italien depuis le d\u00e9but de l&#8217;invasion.<\/p><p>Les Libyens ont organis\u00e9 une gu\u00e9rilla sous la direction d&#8217;<a href=\"https:\/\/fr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Omar_al-Mokhtar\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Omar Al-Mokhtar<\/a>, qui a re\u00e7u le surnom de Lion du d\u00e9sert. La r\u00e9sistance libyenne a dur\u00e9 pr\u00e8s de vingt ans. Son chef a \u00e9t\u00e9\u00a0bless\u00e9, captur\u00e9, puis ex\u00e9cut\u00e9 par les forces italiennes en 1931.<\/p><figure id=\"attachment_3718\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-3718\" style=\"width: 651px\" class=\"wp-caption alignright\"><a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/theworldinstamps.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/Libya-1964-FDC-Creation-of-Army-Crop.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/theworldinstamps.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/Libya-1964-FDC-Creation-of-Army-Crop.jpg?resize=640%2C301\" alt=\"Libya-1964 Stamps creation of the army\" width=\"640\" height=\"301\" data-recalc-dims=\"1\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-3718\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Libye-1964 Commemoration de la cr\u00e9ation de l&#8217;arm\u00e9e libyenne<\/figcaption><\/figure><p>En 1939, une autre figure de la r\u00e9sistance libyenne\u00a0<a style=\"background-color: #ffffff;\" href=\"https:\/\/fr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Idris_Ier_(roi_de_Libye)\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">le prince Muhammad Idris Al senoussi, (futur roi Idris Ier de Libye)<\/a>\u00a0\u00e9tait en exil en \u00c9gypte. Afin de reprendre la r\u00e9sistance contre l&#8217;occupation italienne et allemande de la Libye, il lanc\u00e9 des consultations avec les notables et dirigeants libyens r\u00e9sidant en \u00c9gypte.<\/p><p>Le prince, personnalit\u00e9 politique et religieuse, a convaincu le commandement britannique de soutenir ses efforts pour cr\u00e9er une arm\u00e9e libyenne. La mission de cette force \u00e9tait de participer \u00e0 la lib\u00e9ration de la Libye du colonialisme italien. Cette arm\u00e9e a \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9e le 9 ao\u00fbt 1940 en \u00c9gypte sous le nom d&#8217;arm\u00e9e du Senoussi.<\/p><p>\u00c0 la fin de la Seconde Guerre mondiale, l&#8217;occupation italienne a pris fin, mais la Libye est rest\u00e9e sous occupation britannique et fran\u00e7aise. Les deux provinces du nord \u00e9taient sous controle britannique et la province du sud sous controle fran\u00e7ais.<\/p><p>En 1951, la Libye a proclam\u00e9 son ind\u00e9pendance en tant que royaume uni. Il \u00e9tait compos\u00e9 des trois provinces :\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/fr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Cyr%C3%A9na%C3%AFque\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Cyr\u00e9na\u00efque (Est)<\/a>,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/fr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Tripolitaine\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Tripolitaine (Ouest)<\/a>\u00a0et\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/fr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Fezzan\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Fezzan (Sud)<\/a>. Le prince Idris al Senoussi fut proclam\u00e9 roi de Libye sous le nom d&#8217;Idris premier.<\/p><figure id=\"attachment_3719\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-3719\" style=\"width: 640px\"
