Ce timbre repr\u00e9sente le po\u00e8te syrien Nizar Qabbani (1923-1998), l&#8217;un des po\u00e8tes arabes les plus c\u00e9l\u00e8bres du XXe si\u00e8cle.<\/p><p style=\"line-height: 115%; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;\"><b>Enfance et Education<\/b><\/p><p>Nizar Tawfiq Kabbani est n\u00e9 en 1923 dans le quartier du Minaret Al-Shahem, l&#8217;un des vieux quartiers de Damas, dans une famille arabe damasc\u00e8ne ayant une longue tradition dans le monde de la culture. Son grand-p\u00e8re <a href=\"https:\/\/theworldinstamps.com\/?p=6589&amp;lang=fr\">Abu Khalil al-Kabbani<\/a> (1833-1903) est consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme l&#8217;une des personnes importantes en Syrie. Il \u00e9tait le pionnier du th\u00e9\u00e2tre musical arabe et le premier \u00e0 \u00e9tablir un th\u00e9\u00e2tre arabe au XIXe si\u00e8cle \u00e0 Damas.<\/p><figure style=\"width: 443px\" class=\"wp-caption alignright\"><a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/theworldinstamps.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/Syria-2005_Nizar_qabbani.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/theworldinstamps.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/Syria-2005_Nizar_qabbani.jpg?resize=443%2C594\" alt=\"The poet Nizar Qabbani : Syria 2005\" width=\"443\" height=\"594\" data-recalc-dims=\"1\" \/><\/a><figcaption class=\"wp-caption-text\">The poet Nizar Qabbani : Syria 2005<\/figcaption><\/figure><p>Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l&#8217;\u00e9ducation de Nizar Kabbani dans une famille de culture et de litt\u00e9rature, ses premi\u00e8res inclinaisons artistiques sont apparues tr\u00e8s t\u00f4t. Dans son enfance, il s&#8217;est orient\u00e9 vers le dessin et les couleurs, puis il s&#8217;est tourn\u00e9 vers la calligraphie arabe et a \u00e9tudi\u00e9 aupr\u00e8s d&#8217;un calligraphe professionnel. Plus tard, sa passion s&#8217;est d\u00e9plac\u00e9e vers la musique, qu&#8217;il a appris \u00e0 composer et \u00e0 jouer sur le luth. finalement il s&#8217;est orient\u00e9 vers la po\u00e9sie, et a commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 m\u00e9moriser les po\u00e8mes de po\u00e8tes arabes classiques comme <a href=\"https:\/\/fr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Omar_Ibn_Abi_Rabia\">Omar Ibn Abi Rabia<\/a>, Jamil Buthaina, Tarfa bin Al-Abd et Qais bin Al-Malouh. Nizar Kabbani \u00a0a aussi \u00e9t\u00e9 un \u00e9l\u00e8ve du po\u00e8te <a href=\"https:\/\/fr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Khalil_Mardam_Bey\">Khalil Mardam Bey<\/a>, qui lui a enseign\u00e9 les bases de la grammaire et de la morphologie arabes, et de l\u00e0 a commenc\u00e9 sa relation avec la po\u00e9sie avant de rejoindre l&#8217;universit\u00e9.<\/p><h2 style=\"line-height: 115%; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;\"><b>\u00c9ducation et carri\u00e8re diplomatique<\/b><\/h2><p>Au d\u00e9but, le po\u00e8te syrien Nizar Qabbani a \u00e9tudi\u00e9 dans les \u00e9coles de Damas et a obtenu son baccalaur\u00e9at \u00e0 l&#8217;\u00c9cole nationale sup\u00e9rieure des sciences. Il a ensuite rejoint la facult\u00e9 de droit de l&#8217;Universit\u00e9 syrienne et a obtenu son dipl\u00f4me en 1945. En fait, il a commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 \u00e9crire de la po\u00e9sie \u00e0 l&#8217;\u00e2ge de 16 ans, lorsqu&#8217;il a \u00e9crit un po\u00e8me sur la nostalgie du pays lors d&#8217;un voyage scolaire en Italie.<\/p><p>\u0650\u0650Apr\u00e8s avoir obtenu son dipl\u00f4me, il a travaill\u00e9 dans le corps diplomatique du minist\u00e8re syrien des Affaires \u00e9trang\u00e8res et a \u00e9t\u00e9 nomm\u00e9 dans les ambassades syriennes \u00e0 l&#8217;\u00e9tranger. Dans son travail diplomatique, il a voyag\u00e9 entre de nombreuses capitales, dont Le Caire, Londres, P\u00e9kin, Ankara et Madrid, jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce qu&#8217;il s&#8217;installe \u00e0 Beyrouth. Il s&#8217;est distingu\u00e9 par la po\u00e9sie romantique et amoureuse. Plus tard, au cours de sa carri\u00e8re diplomatique au milieu des ann\u00e9es 50, son po\u00e8me &#8220;Pain, haschisch et lune&#8221; a provoqu\u00e9 une violente temp\u00eate qui a atteint le Parlement, o\u00f9 il y a eu des demandes d&#8217;expulsion du minist\u00e8re des Affaires \u00e9trang\u00e8res et de renvoi du travail diplomatique.<\/p><h3 style=\"line-height: 115%; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;\">De l&#8217;amour \u00e0 la politique\u00a0<\/h3><p style=\"line-height: 115%; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;\">La d\u00e9faite de 1967 a fait passer la po\u00e9sie de Nizar Qabbani des th\u00e8mes de l&#8217;amour aux th\u00e8mes de la politique et de la r\u00e9sistance. Le po\u00e8me &#8221; Marges sur le livre d&#8217;une d\u00e9faite&#8221; \u00e9tait une critique s\u00e9v\u00e8re des lacunes des r\u00e9gimes arabes, ce qui a provoqu\u00e9 la col\u00e8re et l&#8217;a emp\u00each\u00e9 d&#8217;entrer dans plusieurs pays arabes.<\/p><p style=\"line-height: 115%; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;\">Puis, en 1974, Nizar \u00e9crivit son c\u00e9l\u00e8bre po\u00e8me &#8220;Incruster d&#8217;or sur une \u00e9p\u00e9e de Damas&#8221;, dans lequel il d\u00e9clare son amour de Damas, et exprime sa fiert\u00e9 de la victoire d&#8217;octobre 1973. Il a un grand nombre de livres en prose, dont les plus importants sont : &#8220;Mon histoire avec la po\u00e9sie, Qu&#8217;est-ce que la po\u00e9sie, 100 lettres d&#8217;amour&#8221;. Son dernier recueil \u00e9tait &#8220;Je suis un homme et tu es une tribu de femmes&#8221; en 1993. En plus de la romance et de l&#8217;amour, Nizar Qabbani a \u00e9crit de nombreux po\u00e8mes \u00e0 caract\u00e8re social, politique et sentimental.
