In 2019, the Tunisian Post Administration issued the Tunisian version of the unified Arabic stamp under the title “Jerusalem the capital of Palestine”.
The Standing Committee of the Arab Post, meeting held in the Omani capital, Muscat, in March 2018, approved the issue of a unified Arab postage stamp, entitled “Jerusalem capital of Palestine” in all Arab countries.
The committee unanimously approved the request submitted by the state of Palestine, in support of the Palestinian cause and the Arab identity of Jerusalem.
The commemorative stamp is distinguished by its splendor and importance, as it highlights the features of Al-Aqsa Mosque and the Dome of the Rock. The design also includes the flag of Palestine and two white doves symbolizing peace.
