USSR 1983: Solidarity with Palestine
In 29 August 1983, the Soviet Union issued a stamp with a Palestinian holding a Palestinian flag. The stamps has the inscription “ПРАВОЕ ДЕЛО АРАБСКОГО НАРОДА ПАЛЕСТИНЫ ВОСТОРЖЕСТВУЕТ” that translated as “Triumph to the legitimate rights of the Arab people in Palestine” .
